Store Director Harrods – Luxury Watch Maison

Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a leading luxury watch maison in the search for a Store Director for their prestigious Harrods boutique. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an iconic brand with a strong heritage and global reputation.

Based on site, full-time in London. The Store Director will oversee the entire boutique operation, leading a team of professionals to deliver an outstanding client experience.

The Role

• Lead and inspire the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver world-class service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to maximise store performance and profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of client experience, ensuring consistency with brand values.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through exceptional service and relationship management.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure compliance with global brand guidelines.
• Manage all aspects of boutique operations including stock control, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner closely with senior leadership on strategy, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Represent the boutique at VIP events, client activations, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior retail leader, ideally within the luxury watch, jewellery, or broader luxury sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional client journey.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, stock management, and reporting processes.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
• A client-centric mindset with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with HNWIs and key stakeholders.
