The organisation helps global brands and financial institutions make smarter decisions through real-time media monitoring, market insights, and predictive analytics. Their platform is trusted by some of the world’s most influential organisations to surface strategic opportunities and manage reputational risk.
This is a high-impact, externally facing role with significant visibility across the business. The company name will be disclosed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Own and expand relationships across a portfolio of high-value strategic clients
- Lead commercial conversations and contract negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client success
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full suite of solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock value from data and intelligence
- Provide client insight to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, data, or media intelligence
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to client engagement
- Comfortable navigating complex organisations and influencing senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a focus on long-term value creation
