We want to expand and solidify this offering, across the pre-launch and product launch space,This is a pivotal role within our business and the successful candidate will be able to partner with our scientific, creative, regulatory, market access and data insights teams, leading teams to create impactful campaigns for our clients, while investing in the training and support of our existing teams to develop their strategic fluency and capabilities.They will be able to confidently partner with Market Access, Medical, and Marketing client teams to identify opportunities, create compelling campaigns, and lead the delivery of integrated programmes.This role is a great opportunity to provide strategic input across end-to-end campaigns, with the ability to contribute, shape and lead the future direction of a growing agencyKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with our client facing leadership to identify growth opportunities in strategic servicesPartnering with and leading client facing strategic planning discussions, including the facilitation of workshopsUnifying the strategic approaches of the Medical Communications division (traditional med comms focus) and Enzyme Communications (creative and commercial focus)Partnering with the internal leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment across pre-, launch and post-launch communicaitonsEnhancing our ‘off the shelf’ offeringsContributing to business development activities to ensure our proposals and pitches have a common strategic theme, that supports creative pre launch, and product launch campaigns/activitiesSupporting our internal teams to build strategic fluency and capabilitiesStaying abreast of the latest thinking in pharmaceutical strategic consultancyCollaborating closely with our creative teams to support the development of brand and campaign work within the context of strategic clarityAbout YouYou will be a well-established expert in the field of commercial and strategic medical communicationsYou will have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a leadership roleYou will be a strategic thinker, capable of leading internal and client teams through strategic frameworksYou will have strong expertise in commercial projects, and will have been pivotal in the international launch of multiple prescription medicinesYou will be hard working, self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of managing your own timeOur people are at the heart of our businessWe are focused not just on delivering the exceptional for our clients, but for our teams too.
