Job Description

• Develop and implement an investment strategy based on an in depth understanding of the growth plan including, transport planning and existing funding sources
• Lead on large investment programmes including infrastructure deals
• Deliver high level financial support with key partners whilst developing productive relationships with other combined authorities
• Develop and manage portfolio of loan investments and equity

The Successful Applicant

• A qualified accountant
• Extensive experience in a similar role / experience managing major investments (public and private)
• Successful track record of strategy implementation
• Excellent people skills
• Understanding of range of investment models
