We’re working with a brilliant independent brand and business design consultancy in London, UK —25 people strong, proudly B-Corp certified, and packed with smart thinkers who genuinely challenge the status quo.

They're looking for a Strategy Director to help elevate their strategic offer and shape the future of the businesses and brands they partner with.

This is a consultancy where commercial rigour meets creativity. Their work is beautifully crafted, insight-led, and often shapes not just brands, but entire businesses—so they’re looking for someone who can flex across business strategy (experience here essential), brand strategy and culture change.

You’ll be someone who can bring clarity to complexity, partner confidently with clients across sectors, and lead thinking from insight through to delivery. They’re after a commercially-minded thinker with strong experience in business and brand transformation—someone who’s just as comfortable in a room with founders as they are shaping strategy behind the scenes.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, talented strategy team who are brilliant at brand—but they’re looking for someone to complement that with broader experience across business and transformation.

It’s a hands-on role, working closely with the Managing Director and wider team to lead projects, support new business and shape the future of the studio’s strategy offer. Three days in the studio in SE1, two remote, and a genuinely lovely, smart bunch to do it all with.

• Experience in a consultancy or brand-led agency environment
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and curious by nature
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a close team
• Keen to have a voice in the business—help shape thinking, introduce new approaches, and help push the strategic offer forward
