The role: Strategy Director
The Strategy Director will develop fame-generating, award-winning strategies that deliver a true return on investment for major consumer brands. Responsibilities include:
- Leading TTL Strategy projects across digital, broadcast, and offline channels.
- Defining and scoping projects accurately and proactively.
- Building trusted relationships internally and externally as a strategic advisor.
- Ensuring profitable delivery of strategy work.
- Identifying revenue opportunities through new methodologies and expanding client relationships.
- Championing channel-agnostic thinking, including new technologies and platforms.
About you & your experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience devising and delivering complex strategies for major consumer brands, with a strong digital and communications strategy background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that inspire.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.
- Ability to present ideas effectively and work collaboratively.

Nice to haves:
- Deep knowledge of Digital and Social Media channels.
- Experience with major FMCG brands is advantageous.
