Our client, a leading retail group, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Director to join them on an interim basis during a critical period of transformation.

THIS POSITION IS A SHORT TERM CONTRACT ROLE BASED IN SAUDI ARABIA

This senior role will take full ownership of the group’s supply chain strategy, leading end-to-end operations across sourcing, logistics, inventory, and supplier partnerships. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in driving efficiency, resilience, and cost-effectiveness within a fast-paced retail or consumer goods environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the supply chain function across the retail group.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and service levels.
  • Oversee supplier and logistics partner relationships.
  • Drive best practice across demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team while working closely with the executive board.

Candidate Profile

  • Senior supply chain leader with experience at Director level in retail/FMCG.
  • Track record of delivering improvements across complex supply chains.
  • Commercially strong with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and able to add immediate value in an interim capacity.
