An excellent opportunity is available for a Technical Director (or experienced Associate Director seeking a step up) within the electrical team of a prominent, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. You'll join a collaborative and ambitious MEP division, delivering innovative solutions across major sectors including aviation, healthcare, commercial and public infrastructure.

The Role: * Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to a team of electrical engineers across multiple sites. * Play a key role in the strategic development and day-to-day management of the regional Electrical team. * Drive business growth through client engagement, work-winning, and project excellence. * Manage project delivery from concept through technical design, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation. * Oversee team performance including pipeline forecasting, budget control, and operational management. * Work alongside mechanical, public health, BIM and sustainability specialists on integrated design solutions. * Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
