The Building Services Technical Director forms part of the senior leadership for the Birmingham Team, responsible for leadership, strategic direction, and technical excellence. This role will oversee the delivery of complex MEP projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive technical innovation across all projects. The Technical Director plays a key role in business development, client engagement, and maintaining the company's reputation for quality and excellence in the built environment.
