Job Description

  • Oversee full lifecycle of Cabling services: engineering, product delivery, installation, integration, and testing.
  • Lead and expand the Cable Team, including project managers, architects, and engineers.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractor partners to ensure timely, budget-conscious service delivery.
  • Handle multiple concurrent projects across hyperscale, AI, and enterprise data centers.
  • Develop and report on KPIs aligned with AI data center value propositions.
  • Create go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and pricing models to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in LVC, structured cabling, or fiber infrastructure, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale data center infrastructure projects.
  • Deep knowledge of BICSI, RCDD, and structured cabling/fiber system standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD/Bluebeam, Elevations, Cutsheets, and Connectivity Map documentation.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and multiple subcontractors across regions.
  • Experience with AI applications is a plus.
