Job Description
Oversee full lifecycle of Cabling services: engineering, product delivery, installation, integration, and testing.Lead and expand the Cable Team, including project managers, architects, and engineers.Manage relationships with subcontractor partners to ensure timely, budget-conscious service delivery.Handle multiple concurrent projects across hyperscale, AI, and enterprise data centers.Develop and report on KPIs aligned with AI data center value propositions.Create go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and pricing models to drive revenue and profitability.Ensure compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of experience in LVC, structured cabling, or fiber infrastructure, with 5+ years in senior leadership.Proven success in delivering large-scale data center infrastructure projects.Deep knowledge of BICSI, RCDD, and structured cabling/fiber system standards.Proficiency in CAD/Bluebeam, Elevations, Cutsheets, and Connectivity Map documentation.Ability to manage remote teams and multiple subcontractors across regions.Experience with AI applications is a plus.What's on Offer
