We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Director to lead our technical division. Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Oversight: Lead and manage all technical service delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.

* Team Leadership: Potentially build and mentor a high-performing technical team (depending on company growth).

* Subcontractor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our network of subcontractor partners, ensuring their adherence to our high standards of service.

* Customer Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any technical concerns.

* Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.

* Problem Solving: Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues on customer systems, developing innovative and effective solutions.

* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

* Compliance: Ensure all technical operations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

* Travel: Be prepared to travel across the UK to visit customer sites as required.
