Role Summary
The Training Programme Director (TPD) in Histopathology will be responsible for managing specialty training programmes for doctors holding the following appointments: specialty registrar (StR) and locum appointments for training (LATs). The TPD should be a Consultant and is accountable to the Postgraduate Dean or appropriate Associate Dean. They may also combine the role with that of an educational and/or clinical supervisor.
