Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, delivery-focused Transformation Director to lead the end-to-end implementation of new technology package. This high-impact role is critical to the success of our broader company transformation programme and will be instrumental in delivering a future-ready, technology-enabled platform that enhances customer experience, drives operational efficiency and company performance.
The Transformation Director will partner with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, and will scope, define, implement, and execute the overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of the digital package from mobilisation through design, build, testing, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and to secure programme buy-in and engagement.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Lead relationships with third-party vendors and API-integrated partners, ensuring all parties deliver against agreed milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
- Governance & Risk Management: Establish and maintain strong programme governance, including comprehensive risk management, progress reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Customer-Centric Delivery: Embody a user-first approach to ensure the digital solution enhances the end-to-end customer experience.
- Change Management: Drive organisational change and adoption through clear communication, training plans, and support mechanisms.
- Benefits Realisation: Ensure the programme delivers measurable value, aligned to defined success criteria and business KPIs.
What we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital or enterprise-wide technology transformation programmes, ideally in a multi-stakeholder or customer-facing environment
- Strong strategic thinking, combined with operational delivery expertise.
- The ability to operate at multiple altitudes, strategic and tactical ability
- Demonstrated experience in working with external technology partners
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proven track record of designing and implementing effective change management and adoption strategies.
- Results-driven, with a sharp focus on delivery, quality, and value realisation.
