We are looking in our company for a Director to lead the Transport Division UK based in London or Dublin. This role plays a key role in combining strategy, technical expertise, leadership and business vision, ensuring the companys growth and positioning in the transportation and infrastructure sector.

Your mission:

• Define and execute the strategy of the Transport Division in the UK.
• Coordinate multidisciplinar teams and business development.
• Identify new business opportunities in the transportation sector and define the vision and objectives of the division.
• Lead and motivate technical and management teams.
• Control budgets and analyze project profitability.
• Oversee the design, planning and execution of transportation infrastructure projects.
• Ensure that project are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
• Manage budget, resources and schedules.
• Stakeholder and Client Relation: Maintain relationships with clients and international stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of transport experience, including 5+ years as project manager and/or design lead/ business developer.
• Experience in managing on-site teams, working in multicultural environments, and strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills will also be highly valued.
• Track record in international projects (essential).
• Willingness to travel globally.
