This position is based in Chester or can be remote.
Offer for the successful Travel Sales Executive:
- Salary up to £25,000 per annum + Commission
- Full-time position, 39 hours/week, with a 7-day shift pattern including shifts up to 9pm; flexibility is required
- Permanent role

Role - Travel Sales Executive:
- Handle warm leads, inbound calls, and online enquiries to match holidays with customer needs and expectations
- Identify customer expectations
- Review suppliers to find the best match to specifications
- Load booking details onto the system
- Ensure booking accuracy and meet targets
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and ongoing sales
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in travel agency or contact centre roles - ESSENTIAL
- Luxury/Prestige/Long Haul Travel experience and knowledge - ESSENTIAL
- Experience selling holidays to Asia, Dubai, or the Maldives - Desirable
- Target-driven attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work shift patterns
Key skills or similar job titles include: Travel Agent, Travel Specialist, Booking Agent.
