Overview Join to apply for the UK Head of Partnerships, EMEA role at A-LIGN. About the role: The Director of Alliances, UK will be responsible for developing the channel program and managing channel relationships while driving incremental business through the channel programs for A-LIGN. In this role you will be responsible for achieving profitability, sales, partner satisfaction, and recruitment objectives from development of a successful channel program. Responsibilities
Develop a channel program using industry best practices and personal knowledge. Create criteria for channels deserving focus and assess the market to prioritize top channels. Recruit targeted alliance partners into the A-LIGN Program and enable them with marketing engagement, launch plans, and measurement of results. Ensure newly recruited channel partners generate revenue and grow incremental business for A-LIGN. Collaborate with A-LIGN sales to engage with Alliance partners to drive rapport and add to A-LIGN sales pipelines. Conduct Quarterly Business Plan reviews with channel partners to ensure milestones are met and the partnership is mutually beneficial. Build and expand channel partner practice at authorized A-LIGN distributors to leverage their partner bases. Serve as the point of contact for channel partners and a resource to help them grow their business. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel partner accounts. Meet targets by driving profitable sales volume through strategic partnerships in assigned accounts. Manage partner engagement accountability via Salesforce activity logging and ongoing needs assessment. Navigate channel conflicts through clear communication and adherence to channel rules of engagement. Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and recruit new channel partners quarterly. Maintain high partner satisfaction with A-LIGN and enablement of our products, pitch, and program. Ensure newly recruited and onboarded channel partners generate revenue quickly (within less than one quarter). Update Salesforce hygiene on channel partner account statuses and create a Partner Portal for channel partners. Coordinate and complete training and development objectives, including demos, within assigned accounts and required timeframes. Provide weekly activity reviews highlighting performance to plan and identify gaps to close. Enlist support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Experience
At least 5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B environment within information security or information technology sectors.
Skills
Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation. Excellent communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively.
