Proven track record insenior vendor management and commercial leadershiproles within large-scale, complex organisations. Exceptional negotiation skills with experience managing multi-million-pound IT contracts. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, value, and risk. Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at board level. Deep understanding of vendor governance frameworks, supplier risk management, and contractual law principles. Experience driving vendor integration during mergers and acquisitions. Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Business, Commercial Management, IT, or related discipline. Extensive experience managing high-value vendor portfolios in a corporate environment. Demonstrable success delivering cost savings, service improvements, and innovation through strategic vendor management. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and commercial best practice (e.g., CIPS, ISO 44001). Experience in high-growth, acquisition-heavy environments is highly desirable.
