Outside IR35 Contract Opportunity – Workday Programme Director

Remote-first with international travel I’m currently seeking an experienced Workday Programme Director to lead a complex, global transformation programme on an Outside IR35 basis.

Extensive track record delivering and rescuing large-scale, global Workday programmes Strong cross-functional expertise across multiple Workday modules Proven leadership in governance, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight Ability to drive alignment across business and technical teams in high-pressure environmentsThe role: You’ll be accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, from strategy and planning through to execution and business adoption. This includes shaping programme governance, managing risks and dependencies, ensuring delivery quality, and engaging senior stakeholders at a global level. While primarily remote, the role will involve occasional international travel to key programme locations.
