Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for graduates for our PMCM team, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.

  • PMCM - Programme Solutions: UK Wide

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on exciting and innovative projects in the UK and around the world.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver complex civil infrastructure, rail, buildings and programme solutions projects.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, risk management and financial monitoring to ensure projects stay within scope, budget and timeline.
  • Support contract management under frameworks such as NEC and bespoke agreements.
  • Maintain quality management systems and promote health, safety and sustainability.
  • Support client and stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting.
  • Assist in cost planning, procurement, contract administration and value engineering.

Graduate Development Programme

Our two-year Graduate Development programme is designed to support personal and professional development and growth through an engaging blended learning experience. The programmes include core business and professional skills training, career development workshops and resources, valuable networking opportunities, mentoring for professional registration and a breadth of on-the-job experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate with at least a 2:1 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
  • Complete the application form and online skill enabler assessment.
  • Start work in either April or September 2026.
  • Passion for project management or surveying.
  • Desire for the built environment, infrastructure, places and the economy.
  • Professional and commercial awareness, problem‑solving, creativity and communication skills.
