OverviewOur client is a leading European Customer Experience Transformation business who are leading all engagements with AI & Automation. They work with some of the world’s largest B2C & B2B organisations across various industries, delivering exceptional digital customer experiences through their unique blend of expertise, technology, and insight. They are looking for an Account Director or Client Director to join their sales team.Role and responsibilitiesThe Account Director is responsible for the strategic development and long-term retention of two high-value client accounts. This role is of critical strategic importance and carries a £2m GP quota per annum. Acting as the executive sponsor and primary commercial lead, the Client Director owns the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for the account.
