Job Overview Account Director or Client Director to join the sales team at Ingenio Global, a leading European Customer Experience Transformation business driving AI & Automation. Responsibilities

Strategic development and long‑term retention of high‑value client accounts. Executive sponsor and primary commercial lead owning end‑to‑end sales strategy. Measure success by quota attainment, account growth, client satisfaction, and transformation through insight‑led selling.

Qualifications

Extensive B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 10 years managing major strategic accounts – no more than 5 clients. Demonstrable success growing large accounts through consultative selling. In‑depth understanding & experience selling AI, Data & Automation software & services. Degree level or equivalent experience in business, sales, or technology‑related field.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £100k basic, double OTE. Pension scheme, private health & life assurance. 28 days paid holiday a year.
