Overview

Account Director – 3D Retail, Bath, Somerset. This is a full-time, permanent role with frontline - a big group company. You will lead a major blue-chip client relationship and oversee the delivery of high-quality 3D retail and experiential design projects. You’ll work with the Managing Partner and the Design Team to manage the full project lifecycle, ensure delivery within budget, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

The Role

  • Lead a major blue-chip client relationship and oversee the delivery of innovative, high-quality 3D retail and experiential design projects.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Partner and the Design Team to manage the full lifecycle of each project, ensuring client expectations are met and projects stay on budget.
  • Lead internal teams to deliver creative, commercially effective solutions and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitor budgets and project performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals and pitch materials to drive account growth.

What You’ll Need

  • At least four years’ experience in marketing and retail display manufacturing or installation.
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in account and project management.
  • Proven client and customer relationship management experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Smartsheet/CPA tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct project teams.

Base pay range

Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
