You will develop strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to develop and deliver customised solutions to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Achieve overall business goals and objectives to maximise revenue growth and future opportunitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectivesDevelop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive client growthConduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamicsMaintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsExpertise in selling platform and software solutions to financial / banking clients, combined with experience identifying opportunities for new business, upselling and cross-sellingExperience and understanding of banking / financial services, their business and operational challenges and current / future market dynamicsStrategic Planning - Ability to develop and implement growth strategies tailored to client needsClient Relationship Management and Customer Centric Approach: Expertise in building and maintaining strong senior level client relationships and understanding client needsTechnical Knowledge Understanding of Experian's software and platform offerings to communicate value propositions and solutionsMarket Analysis Capability to analyse market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growthCollaboration: Effective collaboration with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure cohesive strategy and executionExperience and training in a recognised sales methodology such as Miller-Heiman, SPINProven experience in managing virtual teams to deliver and achieve targetsStrong track record of regularly achieving sales targetsAdditional InformationHybrid workingGreat compensation package and uncapped commissionCore benefits include pension, bupa healthcare, sharesave scheme and more25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
