What you’ll do:
Lead and inspire: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations and brings in revenue. You’ll guide clients through the creative process and work closely with a team of Project Managers and Creatives to ensure their vision comes to life.
Client relationships: You’ll build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with your clients, be their trusted advisor and always one step ahead of their needs and challenges.
Market knowledge: This agency work with an incredible range of clients from luxury to real estate, sport, design & architecture and more. You’ll stay up to date with market trends for your key clients, and be confident guiding them through creative solutions.
Who you are:
Experienced: You have a proven track record as an Account Director, working at a high-end branding agency, delivering world-class branding solutions. You know the ins and outs of the industry and are ready to hit the ground running.
Strategic: You think big and are always looking for ways to elevate your clients’ brands. You’re not just reactive, you’re proactive, constantly seeking out new opportunities.
Creative: You understand the creative process and have a knack for translating client needs into innovative, award-winning branding.
Relationship-driven: You’re a natural and confident communicator with a talent for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Organised: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with ease, keeping everything on track and always with an eye on profit.
