Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!The Account Director, DSP Partnerships EMEA is responsible for defining and executing strategy for new and existing DSP partnerships across all channels and formats within Magnite - display, CTV, mobile, video, DOOH, and Audio. The objective is to build relationships and grow revenue, while helping a DSP to achieve goals through Magnite platforms. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and communication skills and have experience managing existing clients as well as onboarding new business.The Account Director, DSP Partnerships EMEA, is expected to exceed revenue targets through active selling, account management, product and feature implementation, and demand facilitation. This role also navigates partnerships through engagement with all levels, from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives, both internally and externally. The role requires close collaboration with technical operations, demand and supply sales, account management, product, and engineering.In This Role You WillDevelop a strong understanding of Magnite’s technology, product, and inventory opportunities to effectively sell and communicate with partnersBuild relationships and develop a strategy for new and existing DSP partnershipsConduct quarterly business reviews and regular check-ins with partners to provide excellent customer serviceExecute strategy by selling new products, platforms, features, as well as media sales and service to grow platform spending to meet and exceed goalsIdentify DSP trends, lead investigations and troubleshooting efforts, and resolve issues.Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross-functional internal departmentsTravel as necessary to support business objectivesTaken on additional team leadership projects as neededWe’re Looking For Someone With6+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or account management within an advertising technology company - DSP, SSP, publisher, agency, or exchangeKnowledge of programmatic buying and selling including buyer products and tools, SPO, and optimization, as well as media selling across all formatsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to think strategically and work closely with DSP partners to align with their goalsAbility to effectively communicate and advocate partner needs with product and engineering teams to develop solutionsStrong communication, presentation (Google suite), and negotiation skillsProficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive businessBachelor's Degree or Equivalent (desired)Comprehensive Perks And BenefitsHoliday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness DaysEquity and Employee Stock Purchase PlanFamily-Focused Benefits and Parental LeavePrivate Medical InsuranceCompetitive Pension PlanDisability and Life InsuranceMobile Phone SubsidyFitness and Wellness ReimbursementWe believe collaboration is essential to success.
