What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with the business priorities of financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across complex, multi-site financial organisations.
  • Use data and insights to prioritise accounts and shape high-impact strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative upsell and cross-sell across Colt’s portfolio (cloud, SD-WAN, security, voice).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales through to delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent and relevant B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in digital infrastructure, telco, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Experience working with or selling into large financial services organisations is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of growing strategic accounts and reviving dormant relationships.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise clients with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, or SPIN.
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for strategic selling and long-term client success.
