Job Description

As an Account Director, you'll have a highly influential role - leading a team of specialists across Media Planning/Buying, Paid Search, Paid Social, Project and Account Management, Data & Reporting, and SEO disciplines.

Own and expand key client relationships, driving long-term success across clients of all levels of seniority.

Define & lead clients' annual media strategy and ensure local campaign activities align with global objectives.

Closely monitor activity to ensure the agency delivers on its KPIs and make adjustments where necessary.

Motivate and develop the internal team, ensuring high standards and career growth.

Identify opportunities to enhance existing client partnerships and contribute to new business efforts.

Manage account forecasting, budgets, and revenue targets effectively.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience at the Account Director level within a media agency and have experience in planning and buying online and offline media. You should be adept at internal and external stakeholder management, with a natural ability to build relationships. Knowledge of offline and online media channels and campaigns is essential.
