Overview

Account Director - NHS PFI - Worcester. c£95k + car/allowance, 10% bonus, pension.

This mature PFI contract has 7 years left to run and has responsibility for Hard FM, Grounds, Energy Management, Materials management, Administration and Soft Services including printing and binding.

Direct reports include a newly appointed Head of Estates, a very experienced Soft Services Manager, a dotted line to a Lifecycle PM, a PM and Energy Manager, with approximately 50 staff in total, managing a P&L of up to £18m a year including lifecycle and variations projects.

The initial challenge will be to stabilise and support the operational and projects teams while managing the relationship with the various stakeholder and be involved in the hand back process.

Responsibilities

• Have responsibility for Hard FM, Grounds, Energy Management, Materials management, Administration and Soft Services including printing and binding.
• Provide leadership to an organisation with ~50 staff and direct reports: Head of Estates; Soft Services Manager; dotted line to Lifecycle PM, PM and Energy Manager; manage a P&L of up to £18m/year including lifecycle and variations projects.
• Stabilise and support the operational and projects teams; manage relationships with stakeholders and be involved in the hand back process.

Qualifications

• Considerable PFI healthcare management experience.
