Account Director – Retail POS

They work with some of the most recognised brands in the UK and globally, specialising in high-quality POS, installations, and creative display projects.

Due to a new contract win, the business is seeking an experienced Account Director to join its team and head up this new Client. This is a senior client-facing role, where you’ll be central to maintaining strong client partnerships, leading delivery of campaigns, and driving growth as part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels.
• Lead delivery of POS, installation, and print campaigns, ensuring top-quality execution.
• Manage and mentor supporting Account Managers
• Spot opportunities for account growth and drive profitability.
• Act as the key point of contact for your clients, ensuring consistent, proactive communication.
• Contribute to the business’s growth as it transitions into more contract-led partnerships.

The Person

• At least 3+ years experience in a senior account management / client services within print, POS/retail display.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent communicator with experience handling senior stakeholders.
• Organised, detail-focused, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Energetic, dynamic, and collaborative – fits a fun, ambitious, and young-at-heart culture.
• Background in working with major retail or FMCG brands would be advantageous.
