Ciklum is looking for a Account Director to join our team full-time in London.

About the role: As an Account Director, you will be accountable for the strategic direction, overall growth, profitability, and client satisfaction across your portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with delivery, commercial, and technical leadership teams to ensure high-value services are delivered on time and within budget. The role will focus on creating trusted partnerships where Ciklum delivers large-scale innovation and digital platforms to support the growth of our clients across the Travel&Hospitality space.
