Job Description
**As part of your three month induction you will be required on site a few days a week in Lancaster, Lancashire but very flexible beyond that, in terms of office time**
We’re excited to be partnering with a forward thinking, customer first technology business on the recruitment of an Account Director — a key hire in their ongoing growth journey.

With year on year growth targets of 15 to 20 percent, they are now looking for a commercially astute Account Director to help accelerate that trajectory. You will be joining a high performing team where ideas are welcomed, autonomy is encouraged, and success is shared. Reporting to an empowering Commercial Director, you will have the support and freedom to make a real impact both commercially and strategically.
Alongside this, the earning potential is exceptional. With a best in class commission structure (up to 100 percent OTE), you will be rewarded in line with your results and play a key role in shaping the direction of a company that blends the agility of a scale up with the maturity and structure of a much larger organisation.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in public sector sales (highly advantageous)
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Background in telecommunications, networking, IT or technical B2B sales
- Confident negotiator and proactive problem solver
- A track record of success across both new business and account growth
