The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Director to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Overall delivery of contracts within agreed terms, SLAs and compliance standards.
• Financial and commercial management including P&L, forecasting and budgeting.
• Driving revenue growth, innovation, and efficiency.
• Building strong, long-term client relationships using our Clients for Life framework.
• Leading and developing large, diverse teams, including recruitment, training and performance management.
• Ensuring health & safety is the top priority, meeting statutory and client requirements.
• Managing risk, compliance, and business continuity.
• Embedding a high-performance, people-focused culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership in large Technical Services contracts.
• HNC/BIFM or equivalent senior management experience.
• Strong P&L and multi-site operational management skills.
• Experience managing large teams and shifting priorities.
• Excellent financial acumen, communication and client engagement skills.
• NEBOSH/IOSH Managing Safely and CIEH Level 3 qualifications.
• Technical Services experience in corporate/critical environments (preferred).
