Overview
Account Director • Location: Hybrid - 2 days in our office, 3 days remote • Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week) • Salary: £60,000 + car allowance + commission (OTE)
Ready to lead the charge in shaping the future of marketing excellence? At CIM, we're looking for a confident, consultative Account Director who's passionate about helping businesses grow through top-tier Learning and Development solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term, profitable partnerships with clients through a consultative approach
- Smash sales targets (we know you\'ve got it in you)
- Own your pipeline and plan like a pro
- Create and deliver strategic plans for your market sectors
- Team up with your Account Manager to review feedback and keep clients happy
- Jump into virtual and in-person meetings with clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive CIM\'s strategy
- Work closely with Course Directors to ensure our solutions hit the mark
Qualifications
We\'re after someone who\'s not just great at selling—but great at solving, listening, and leading. You\'ll thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, and you\'ll always keep the client\'s perspective front and centre.
- Experience selling Training / L&D solutions
- A solid understanding of marketing and its impact on business
- A curious, problem-solving mindset
- Strong time and project management skills
- A proven track record of winning high-value accounts
- Confidence managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
- The ability to spot growth opportunities and close deals
- Experience handling contracts and project close-outs
