Role purpose As an Account Director at Iyuno you will be accountable for your clients; developing and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that client needs are met effectively and efficiently. You are accountable for the successful delivery of client projects, and a point of escalation for any issues, working to ensure that Iyuno delivers high-quality services that meet or exceed expectations. You drive strategic growth in our client accounts.
Responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Collaborate, build and maintain long-lasting relationships with your client, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide them with excellent solutions Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage professional account managers, ensuring high performance, professional development, and alignment with Iyuno’s objectives. Client orders: Oversee and understand all client order requests and PO’s and communicate effectively to Service Delivery.
