OverviewAccount Manager / Account Director - Prime London Property PortfolioLocation: Belgravia, Mayfair, Chelsea, Fitzrovia & MaryleboneSalary: Up to £80,000 + Benefits + Car + PackageContract: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleAn exceptional opportunity for an experienced Account Manager / Account Director to lead the delivery of Facilities and Property Management services across a prestigious Central London portfolio consisting of Grade-A commercial offices, mixed-use assets, and high-end residential properties.You'll oversee a small team of Building and Facilities Managers while acting as the strategic lead and client interface, ensuring outstanding operational delivery, commercial performance, and occupier satisfaction across all assets.This is a key leadership role within a market-leading property management organisation, requiring strong stakeholder management, financial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality FM and property operations in complex, premium environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Portfolio OversightLead the FM and property delivery across multiple high-profile buildings in Belgravia, Mayfair, Chelsea, Fitzrovia, and Marylebone.Provide strategic direction and day-to-day support to on-site teams and Building Managers.Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, investors, and occupiers on all operational and commercial matters.Ensure full compliance, health & safety, and environmental standards across the portfolio.Financial & Commercial ManagementOwn the service charge budgets for multiple sites, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with RICS guidelines.Manage CapEx and OpEx planning, lifecycle works, and project delivery in line with asset strategies.Identify and implement cost-efficiency and value-engineering initiatives across all service contracts.Provide monthly and quarterly portfolio performance reports to the Director of FM and asset management teams.Operational DeliveryOversee the procurement, mobilisation, and performance of all hard and soft FM contracts — including engineering, maintenance, cleaning, security, and front-of-house.Monitor supplier performance, ensuring consistent delivery against SLA and KPI frameworks.Lead on PPM strategy, compliance audits, and risk management, embedding best practice across the portfolio.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, sustainability, and operational resilience.Stakeholder & Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and consultants.Act as the senior escalation point for operational or contractual issues, resolving them promptly and diplomatically.Partner with leasing, marketing, and placemaking teams to ensure properties remain desirable, commercially competitive, and operationally robust.Champion occupier experience and engagement, ensuring consistent delivery of premium customer service standards.Team Development & LeadershipMentor and support Facilities and Building Managers across the portfolio.Lead regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training initiatives to drive engagement and accountability.Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance across all FM operations.About YouExperience: Proven background as an Account Manager, Senior Facilities Manager, or Account Director within a managing agent or client-side environment.Experience managing multi-site portfolios with service-charge budgets and complex stakeholder networks.Strong knowledge of FM operations, compliance, and RICS Service Charge Code.Excellent leadership, financial management, and client-relationship skills.RICS / MRICS (desirable)IWFM Level 5+ (desirable), NEBOSH / IOSH preferred.Professional, articulate, and commercially driven — with the confidence to lead at a senior client-facing level.Why Apply?Manage one of London's most prestigious mixed-use portfolios.Work within a respected, forward-thinking property management business.Genuine career progression to Senior Account Director / Head of FM level.Competitive salary up to £80,000 + benefits package + Car #J-18808-Ljbffr
