We are seeking an accomplished Account Director to lead the strategy, delivery, and growth of a global Formula 1 brand partnership, overseeing premium hospitality programmes and high-profile activations at Grands Prix worldwide.

You will act as the senior client lead, managing relationships with C-Suite stakeholders, rights holders, and partner agencies, while directing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional brand experiences both at-track and off-track.

Core responsibilities: Strategic leadership of the client relationship and partnership programme Oversee delivery of multi-market activations and VIP hospitality at global F1 events Direct internal teams, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence Lead budget management, contract negotiations, and commercial growth opportunities Ensure guest logistics, ticketing, and event operations meet premium brand standards Present strategy, post-event analysis, and actionable insights to senior stakeholders
