Formerly known as DG International, the company was established in 2009 to provide high levels of customer service to a range of clients importing into the UK from Asia via sea and air. The company has grown rapidly since then and now offers a range of logistics services across diverse industry sectors.

Your new role:

Reporting directly into the Managing Director of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for delivering strategic leadership, driving performance and ensuring alignment between our client’s growth and retention expectations, and your customer’s goals.

You will be the key liaison between the customer, internal stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring outstanding delivery of services, and maintaining a profitable, long-term partnership.

This is a pivotal role to the business. It’s imperative you thrive in an autonomous role and environment, are solution focused and an out of the box thinker, who is always looking for new ways to create value to your account portfolio, the business and your team.
