Circa £40,000 DOE + benefits
You will report to the Managing Director and have a clear oversight of all elements of the business to support you in your role. You will have direct reports from team covering PR, social media and web design
Account Director profile:
As an Account Director, you will be in a senior-level management position, responsible for overseeing client relationships, managing account teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional-quality services to clients. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
Supervise and contribute towards the delivery of projects, campaigns, and client services to ensure they align with client goals and expectations.
