A global integrated marketing agency is looking for an Account Director to join its client services team. You’ll oversee key client partnerships, deliver integrated influencer-led campaigns, and help shape strategies for some of the world’s most exciting brands. Role: Account Director Salary: £60,000 per annum Location: London (Liverpool Street) – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard Lead on strategy, planning, and execution of influencer and integrated campaigns Retain and grow accounts through proactive partnership and strong commercial awareness Manage and mentor a team of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives Provide thought leadership on industry trends, insights, and best practice to clients and colleagues Support new business pitches with confidence and strategic input Ensure budgets, reporting, and financial processes are accurate and well-managed Build strong relationships with external partners including influencers, agents, media partners, and production teams
What you’ll need:
5+ years’ experience in a senior account management role within an agency environment Proven experience managing and growing client accounts Strong understanding of client service and campaign strategy Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure A natural leader with the ability to motivate and mentor teams Passion for influencer marketing, digital trends, and emerging platforms
