We’re Hiring: 2 x Account Directors | Central London | Public & Private Sector Focus

Are you an experienced Account Director with a proven track record in the IT channel or VAR space? Looking to join a high-growth, ambitious organisation where your success is recognised and rewarded?

We’re working exclusively with a fast-growing, central London-based Value-Added Reseller (VAR) that’s expanding its team with two strategic hires, one to focus on the public sector, and the other on the private sector.

What’s on Offer:

Location: Central London (hybrid working available)
Package: Up to £70,000 base salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE 200K)
Career progression in a rapidly growing, dynamic business

Key Responsibilities:

Build and grow client relationships across either public or private sector accounts
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Manage complex IT solution sales across hardware, software, cloud, and professional services
Work closely with internal technical, marketing and procurement teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
Drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction

About You:

Proven success in a similar Account Director or Senior Sales role within a VAR or MSP
Strong network within either the public sector (e.g. NHS, Local Gov, Education) or private sector (e.g. Finance, Legal, Enterprise)
Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
Ambitious, self-motivated and ready to make a real impact
