West Yorkshire Upto £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits PFI Healthcare Contract A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to take leadership of a complex PFI healthcare contract in West Yorkshire. This is a senior role overseeing hard FM services, lifecycle, and variation projects across a large, critical healthcare estate.
We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a strong technical background, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, including NHS representatives and SPVs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear strategic and operational leadership across all hard FM and lifecycle services Ensure full contractual, statutory, and compliance delivery (HTMs, SFG20, etc.) Manage budgets, lifecycle planning, and financial performance to meet commercial targets Build and maintain strong relationships with the NHS Trust and SPV partners Lead and develop the FM management team, promoting a proactive safety and performance culture About You:
Proven experience operating at Account Director or Senior FM leadership level within a PFI healthcare environment Strong understanding of hard FM, lifecycle, and compliance management Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Solid financial and commercial management experience with large, complex...
