️ Account Director - Motorsports | London


We are seeking an accomplished Account Director to lead the strategy, delivery, and growth of a global Formula 1 brand partnership, overseeing premium hospitality programmes and high-profile activations at Grands Prix worldwide.


You will act as the senior client lead, managing relationships with C-Suite stakeholders, rights holders, and partner agencies, while directing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional brand experiences both at-track and off-track.


Core responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership of the client relationship and partnership programme
  • Oversee delivery of multi-market activations and VIP hospitality at global F1 events
  • Direct internal teams, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence
  • Lead budget management, contract negotiations, and commercial growth opportunities
  • Ensure guest logistics, ticketing, and event operations meet premium brand standards
  • Present strategy, post-event analysis, and actionable insights to senior stakeholders


Required experience:

  • Proven Formula 1 sponsorship and hospitality expertise at a senior agency or in-house level
  • Demonstrated success in client leadership, strategic planning, and team management
  • Strong commercial acumen with budget ownership and revenue growth experience
  • Track record in delivering premium experiences for global brands and C-Suite audiences
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work internationally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
