The Role

As Account Director, you’ll be the lead contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for delivering outstanding service and strategic direction. You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns, respond to briefs, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in new business pitches and onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Develop and deliver integrated media campaigns across traditional and digital channels
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to respond to briefs and create compelling proposals
• Support the onboarding of new clients and contribute to agency growth initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging media opportunities

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior account management role within a media or marketing agency
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media planning and buying
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a strategic approach to client growth
• Confident, proactive, and collaborative with a passion for delivering results
