Role: Sales Specialist (equivalent to AD level externally) Location: London, hybrid 3 days in office Length: ASAP – 5th June 2026 (with possibility of extension) Rate: £35.58 per hour (74K salary equivalent) + 33% quarterly sales bonus plan Hours: Normal business hours
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in programmatic advertising and a proven track record of influencing C-level marketing stakeholders within client organizations to increase the role of programmatic advertising in their overall marketing mix
Role Overview: This role focuses on driving client growth through consultative selling of programmatic solutions. As a Sales Specialist, you practice and embody selling in both internal and customer settings. You support customer relationships and product area related client projects by facilitating and delivering workstreams (e.g., create client workshops or pitches). You support product activation activities by interacting with the product community, educating sellers on new products and betas, and/or building competitive intelligence in the market, with minimal guidance.
