Our client base has a mixture of entities across difference sectors and ownership structures. On a daily basis we deal with clients in smaller, owner managed fast growth businesses to large corporates (privately owned, PE backed and listed).You'll make an impact by:Supporting the director in executing the strategy for the office and region; winning new work and growing the teamHaving a key focus on business development, working with the Partner Group on business plans and participating in targeting and lead generationLeading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services on a portfolio of clients, whilst working alongside other service lines and reporting to the Client Relationship Partners on matters of additional advisory and client careManaging the working capital of projects, including budgeting, cost management, billing and debt recoverabilityResource planning, briefing team members and coaching and developing teams to present a premium client experienceWhat we are looking for:We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
