• Supervise and manage a team of accounting professionals

• Maintain relationships with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Monitor and manage the company's financial systems and procedures
• Support the continuous improvement of internal controls

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Professional certification as a chartered accountant
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the professional services industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles, laws, and best practices
• Solid leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions

• A competitive salary range from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum
