A lovely little agency, with a core focus on digital, is looking for an ACD from an Art Director background.

You’ll do what all brilliant AD’s do, come up with great ideas, scribble out some brilliant headlines and make the work look great.

You’ll be in charge of a very big financial brand so it goes without saying that you’ll have very good financial experience. The work will cover both B2C and B2B so experience across both is needed.

Responsibilites include:

• Supporting the Creative Director with the development of campaign concepts, Strategies and client presentations

• Generating original and effective creative concepts with/without another senior creative

• Assessing and directing concepts from freelance senior creative teams

• Managing and supervising multiple projects with internal and external teams

• Meeting client objectives, values, budgets and deadlines

• Presenting creative work to clients, taking feedback and problem solving

• Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions

• Overseeing creative resourcing and freelance hiring

• Playing a key role on new business pitches

• Training, knowledge sharing and keeping up with industry best practices

If you’re that ACD from an Art Director background with great experience across financial brands, you can expect to earn up to £80k (DOE).
