This newly created senior leadership position will drive the company's expansion strategy through the identification, evaluation, and execution of hotel acquisitions and new-build opportunities across the UK and Europe. The role requires a commercially minded leader with deep experience in branded hospitality real estate, capable of managing complex negotiations and guiding projects from concept to completion. Acquisitions Director level candidates who have previously worked with branded and franchised hotels and those with international exposure will have an advantage here.
