The Sanofi Patient Support Services (PSS) team supports patients accessing Sanofi therapies through reimbursement programs, financial assistance, and education. The PSS organization also includes field teams providing education and support to patients and customers.

As the Director of Affordability within the newly formed Center of Excellence (COE) in PSS, you will develop and execute pharmacy benefit affordability strategies for existing and upcoming assets in Immunology. You will oversee affordability education, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive affordability strategies for assets under pharmacy benefit design, especially for new launches.
  2. Align strategies with Sanofi’s mission to improve patient access.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program enhancements and stakeholder education.
  4. Manage relationships with copay assistance vendors, ensuring quality service.
  5. Establish SLAs and KPIs to measure program effectiveness across the portfolio.
  6. Monitor vendor performance, conduct reviews, and manage escalations.
  7. Develop business processes within Sanofi’s CRM system.
  8. Lead within the Affordability COE team and champion change initiatives.

Salary Range: $172,500 - $249,166.66. Compensation is based on experience, with eligibility for benefit programs.
