Finchley Children’s Music Group (FCMG), founded in 1958 with Benjamin Britten as President, is London’s leading children’s choir with over 200 singers aged 4–18 across six choirs.
Directed by Grace Rossiter since 2001, the group is known for its vibrant sound and performs regularly in major concerts, recordings and broadcasts, working recently with Aurora Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra and others.
FCMG also commissions new repertoire for children’s voices.
Operations are led by an Executive Director alongside the Artistic Director, supported by volunteers and overseen by the Board of Trustees.
About the role
FCMG is seeking an experienced, committed and enthusiastic Executive Director to lead the core operations of the Group, professionalise and develop the systems and structures of the Group and, as joint CEO with the Artistic Director, to develop the strategic vision for the future of FCMG.
